Pacific Ecology and Evolution Conference

Stephanie Chan presented her ongoing master's research titled "Are All Fish the Same? Morphometric and stable isotope analyses of Greenland cod (Gadus ogac) in the western Canadian Arctic" at the Pacific Ecology and Evolution Conference held in Victoria, BC on March 19th and 20th.

The conference was held at the Victoria Conference Centre and welcomed graduate and undergraduate students from western Canada looking to advance their expertise in the fields of marine biology, ecology and evolution. This in-person event provided a unique opportunity to interact with other students that share similar interests and research ideas.

Stephanie also took the opportunity to explore some of Victoria's best tourist attractions and restaurants. She is hoping that her master's research will take her to other cool destinations in the future.
